"Sharing and Caring: Stepping into the shoes of Service Users"

St George Healthcare Group would like to invite you to attend our "Sharing and Caring: Stepping into the shoes of Service Users" conference taking place on Thursday 14th May 2015 at the Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub, Warrington.

The morning sessions of this unique conference will be delivered by Deaf Service Users at All Saints Hospital, supported by staff with a number of years' experience in their field. In the afternoon presenters will be sharing their professional experience on Mental Health services and support for Deaf people.

Professionals working with individuals who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing with Mental Health needs and those wishing to develop awareness in this field will benefit from this conference.

There will be a small fee of £20 to cover the cost of hospitality and venue hire.

The conference has been awarded CPD accreditation pending local peer group approval.

If you wish to attend please return the booking form via email, post or fax, details are provided on the booking form. British Sign Language (BSL) Interpreters are available on request, please confirm at the time of booking your place if you require access to a BSL Interpreter.
