| Hours | Permanent Staff - 162.5 hours per calendar worked on a 4 week rolling rota on internal rotation. Bank Staff- as and when required. |
We are looking for dynamic RGNs with the necessary clinical expertise to embrace the challenges posed by this new 22 bedded unit which will provide rehabilitation and specific treatment programmes for patients with a wide range of neurological disorders.
- At least two years post qualifying experience,
- RGN level 1,
- Experience of Neuro disability,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Experience of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care,
- Able to work days and nights,
- To assist the Lead Nurse in developing practice including the professional development of non qualified support workers,
- To support the management team in developing and enhancing the reputation of the service provided.
