Company Pension Scheme
All employees are entitled to join the Group Personal Pension plan following the successful completion of their probationary period (3 months).
Dependant on the salary of the employee St George Health Care Group will contribute from 4% to 8% to the plan

Death in Service Cover
St George Health Care Group offers all employees immediate death in service cover which amounts to three times the basic salary. This is paid to a nominated beneficiary.
Annual Leave
The amount of Annual Leave is dependent on the level of seniority.
Training and Personal Development
Employees will take part in a paid induction. Induction will introduce you to the Hospital you will be working at. You will attend statutory training as required in line with policies and procedures of St George Health Care Group. You will also have the opportunity to meet individually with your Line Manager for supervision on a regular basis.
